Bloom absolute filters' areas of application

When considering mechanical-physical separation processes, a distinction is generally made according to filter fineness between particle filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis.

Classical systems for preliminary particle filtration function according to the basic principle of porous filters, i.e. those which selectively retain substances larger than the filter rating of 5 - 50 microns.

The absolute Bloom filter is a dependably regenerative surface filter with a definable, absolute filter fineness in the particle filtration range. It operates with minimal filtration pressure loss, and is configured to achieve an extremely high filtration efficiency. Absolute Bloom filters can operate both at negative and positive pressures.
